One-Time Event/Wedding Consultation - $95/hour
Are you looking for some help getting started with your wedding planning so you can put your own ideas into action? You may be a candidate for the Girls Gone Diva LLC "one-time wedding consultation." Meeting with a seasoned consultant for a few hours will help you get started in working out a plan. At your consultation you will receive the following:
- Budget and timelines
- Ideas and professional recommendations
- A list of vendors, caterers, bakers, florists, videographers, photographers, reception sites, and limousine companies.
- Wedding guide for Brides

Event Day Coordination - $900 - $1500
If you have already made all the arrangements for your wedding or event and booked the vendors, a day-of-event coordinator may be exactly what you need. A Girls Gone Diva coordinator will ensure that your event runs smoothly, allowing you to concentrate on YOU! The event day coordination includes the following:
- A consultation, usually one to two months prior to the event (minimum 1 week prior to event)
- A timeline of activities for your special day
- Review all arrangements that have already been established and offer suggestions
- Vendor Liaison - GGD will contact all your vendors and establish rapport
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal and every detail of ceremony and reception
- Organize schedule for decorators, florists, caterer, photography, and all aspects of event
Full Service Event Coordination - $Price based on size of event & total event budget
This is our "leave it to us" package. The Divas will plan it all! We will meet with you to understand your vision for the event. With your input and direction, we do the rest. this package include a dedicated coordinator throughout the planning stages and on site during the event.

- Telephone consultation to determine your need in a location
- Extensive search of venues in the Northern California area
- Locating and securing a site for your event, ceremony or wedding
- Calls to check availability and obtain brochures and websites
- Detailed list of findings
Ala Carte Services - $Prices vary depending on time and complexity of work
